As an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent, Neil is a federally authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals. He also attained the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) fellowship designation, which indicates one of the highest levels of competency when dealing with all aspects of negotiations, examinations, audits, collections and appeals with the IRS. In addition to his tax resolution expertise, he is a Certified Financial Planner and helps his clients achieve their financial goals once they have been able to get relief from their tax problems.

Neil received his BS in Industrial Technology, MA in Education and MS in Taxation from San Jose State University. He also received his MBA from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
